PROGEAR  customer register

BASIS FOR MAINTAINING THE REGISTER

There must be a legal basis for processing personal data. We process personal data with consent (e.g. subscribing to a newsletter), contract (e.g. placing an order), legal obligation of the data controller, protection of vital interests (e.g. a training or course requiring personal health-related information from participants), legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party (e.g. web analytics).

REGISTER PURPOSE

The purpose of the register is to maintain the PROGEAR customer register and to archive and process customer orders. The register is also used for tracking lost packages. Information may be used for PROGEAR's business development and for statistical purposes. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

Information in the register may be used by PROGEAR for targeted marketing in our own registers without disclosing personal data to third parties. PROGEAR may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. Some of the register information may be transferred to the partner's servers for technical reasons. Information is processed solely for the purpose of maintaining the PROGEAR customer relationship through technical interfaces.

PROGEAR has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register electronically or as a written list unless the customer specifically prohibits it. The list refers, for example, to address labels for direct mail. The customer has the right to prohibit the publication of information by notifying PROGEAR customer service, by email to sales@PROGEAR or to the register manager.

• The personal register contains the following information:
• First and last name
• Email address
• Postal address
• Phone number
• Information about processed orders
• Order tracking information
